Children at Rosinka children's daycare centre in Nizhny Novogord are made to run outside in sub-zero temperatures in nothing but underwear. They also have to endure ice cold showers and lots of exercise. Their teacher's s belief it does them good and their parents are delighted. And you thought the Japanese were weird.
