San Francisco may pass a law that would impose fines on buildings that leave the lights on after emptying. So the next time you leave the room, you better turn off the lights or they will have a cop trailing your sorry ass. Talk about taking a lighthearted issue such as conserving issue a little too seriously. How about we turn off gas, water and especially cable too in America for one night? Then let's see what happens.
